I almost left a glowing review, but the noise from the restaurant below was absolutely unbearable, especially at dawn. Our bathroom leaked so profusely that conservation efforts seemed like a joke. Do I need to ask for a welcome gift for staying here? It feels like I’m just an inconvenience rather than a guest.

The washroom in our Family Suite had a persistent foul smell that overshadowed our entire stay. Despite mentioning it to the staff, there was no improvement, making it difficult to relax. navigating the tight parking area was a hassle, which added stress upon arrival.

Location is superb, just steps away from Koza Han and the Grand Mosque. The room was very clean, with nice amenities like a kettle for tea. The breakfast on the rooftop was truly delightful with amazing city views. But, the Wi-Fi service was inconsistent, making it frustrating at times. The elevator was a bit slow during busy hours, which added to the wait for breakfast.

Loved my stay at Kutlucan Oldtown! The views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. The location really nailed it near the Grand Bazaar. Just had some trouble with Wi-Fi, but overall, everything else was top-notch. Definitely a great value for what you get!

Wow, the views from our room were just stunning, and brekkie was lekker! Staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved chilling on the rooftop, sipping our coffees while checking out the city below. Big shoutout to Tuncer for being such a chommie at reception!

Only downside was the morning noise from the nearby mosque, but you kinda get used to it after a while.

kutlucan oldtown is ideally located near koza han bazaar and the grand mosque, making exploring a breeze. the rooms were modern and spotless. The breakfast was lovely. mr furkan's airport service was exceptional, and he even took us on a tour. loved having a sauna available too!
